Nnadozie Wins CAF Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year Again
Chiamaka Nnadozie, Nigeria’s Super Falcons goalkeeper and Paris FC star, has once again been crowned the Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year at the 2024 CAF Awards. The prestigious ceremony, held on Monday night in Marrakech, Morocco, celebrated her outstanding performances over the past year.
This marks Nnadozie’s second consecutive win, solidifying her position as one of the finest goalkeepers in world football. She previously claimed the same title in 2023, triumphing over Moroccan goalkeeper Khadija El-Rmichi and South Africa’s Andile Olaminii.
Nnadozie’s achievements in the past year have been nothing short of phenomenal. She played a pivotal role in Nigeria’s successful campaign in the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, showcasing her exceptional skills and reliability between the posts.
